There appears to be a problem with the network switch on our rack, it is being worked on at this time.

The network switch has been replaced, however this initial problem may have damaged the server hardware. We are currently trying to reboot the server.

Our network provider has requested that all SSH access to the servers must be applied for in writing, accompanied by a photocopy of some form of picture ID. This is apparently to enhance security!

We feel that the conditions set are unreasonable, and unworkable, and so the service has been withdrawn.

Please remember that in most cases FTP or our online file manager can be used to manage your account including editing files and changing file permissions.

For those of you who need to have SSH enabled, and can provide the required information. Please contact support and we will make arrangements for the service to be activated on your account.
